Finnair – 5-hour StopOver Challenge
On his way from Shanghai to Paris, chef Steven Liu has a 5-hour Stopover in Helsinki.  His Finnish colleague, Sasu Laukkonen takes him to explore Finnish wild ingredients. The challenge? They have only 5 hours to create, prep, and cook a meal from scratch, using only wild ingredients. The catch? They are not in a restaurant.
